As we were leaving for a trip one day, the kids found a nice big earthworm on the walkway. Zoe and Jacob were poking and picking it up. Ian preferred to watch, but not touch the worm.

The end of September we visited the school forest with Ian. It was a nice day and we all had a great time following the trails and looking at deer tracks, leaves, and the rocks by the lake.
