Hope everyone is having a great New Year!
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! We had a wonderful holiday! The kids are really enjoying all their new toys and games. We are looking forward to a great New Year!
Happy New Year!!
Sorry for the lack of updates on the site. We have been quite busy as the holidays approach. Amy has taken on a part time job at Younkers, the boys have been doing some volunteer work w/their Tae Kwon Do class, Mike is working on finishing up projects at work, and we are still trying to get our bathroom painting done (hopefully this weekend).
Mike and the boys picked up a great tree yesterday while Amy and Zoe did a whole lot of holiday shopping with Auntie Dawn. We are hunting for some LED lights so we can get the tree decorated. Our attempt at family pictures this year ended poorly:( The studio had an in-experienced photographer and no one else available to help. To get three kids to sit and smile wasn’t happening. We will try again after the New Year. Amy did play around with taking some pics of the kids at home. Here is a sampling of the fun they had:

And here’s a few more pics just to tide everyone over until another update:)

Sunday, Nov. 4th Lakeshore Tae Kwon Do had it’s annual Blackbelt Spectacular. There were quite a few students receiving their 1st, 2nd, and even one 3rd degree blackbelts. Ian and Jacob, as Little Dragons, got to do a small skit in the show. They really did well and had a great time. It was also wonderful that Grandpa Putnam and Grandma Schoening were able to join us and see them perform. Here are Ian and Jacob in their team uniforms before leaving home:

And this is all the Little Dragons who performed. They were divided into 4 group for 4 different skits. They range in age from 3 to 6 years old.
